How to Delete Your Account

To delete your Calorify AI account and associated data, please follow these steps:

1. Send an email to support@calorifyai.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request"
2. In your email, please include:
   • The email address associated with your Calorify AI account
   • A brief message stating your request to delete your account

What Happens Next

Upon receiving your request, we will:

• Verify your account ownership
• Process your deletion request within 30 days
• Permanently remove all your personal information, including but not limited to your email address, profile details, usage history, and account preferences
• Anonymize the meal and food images from your account while removing all associated metadata and personal identifiers
• Send you a confirmation email once the deletion process is complete

The anonymization of food images helps us maintain the quality of our AI training data while ensuring your privacy. These images will be completely disconnected from your identity and any personal information.

Data Retention

After account deletion, we may retain certain data for legal, security, and audit purposes. However, this data will be completely anonymized and cannot be linked back to your identity.
